Ingredients
- 12 oz farfalle
- 9 oz sausage
- 5 oz frozen peas
- 1 clove garlic
- 7 oz cooking cream
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil. Add the garlic clove and let it brown, then remove it.
Peel and crumble the sausage directly into the pan, add the frozen peas and stir. Let it cook for about 15 minutes, then add the cooking cream and let it flavor for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pot with plenty of salted water. When it’s cooked, drain it and toss it into the pan with the sausage and peas. Mix well, and if the sauce seems too thick, add a bit of cooking water.
