- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Steps
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes of roughly the same size.
Place them in a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, and a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil.
Mix with a wooden spoon to evenly distribute all ingredients, then arrange them in the air fryer basket, trying not to overlap them too much to promote crispiness.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20/25 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking, shaking the basket to ensure they are golden and crispy on all sides.
