Curry chicken with basmati rice is a healthy, tasty, and complete dish.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Basmati rice
- 1 chicken breast (large)
- 1 shallot
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 1 cup milk
- to taste flour
- to taste curry
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste dried parsley

Steps
First, cook the basmati rice in a pot with salted water.

Once cooked, drain it and let it cool in a glass baking dish.
Take the chicken breast and, with the help of a knife and a cutting board, cut it into small cubes, then coat all the pieces in flour.
Finely chop the shallot and sauté it in a wok with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the chicken and let it brown well, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Deglaze with the white wine and cook for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, dissolve the curry in the milk and add it to the meat.
Mix well and complete the cooking (about 10 minutes)
