Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste dark chocolate chips
- to taste granulated sugar

Steps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the banana and slice it.
Unroll the puff pastry and arrange the banana slices in a row with chocolate chips on the free side, as shown in the photo.
Roll the pastry onto itself and brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk.
Sprinkle the granulated sugar and cut the roll into slices to make 12 pieces.
Place them on the lined baking tray and brush the surface of each bite with the beaten yolk.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
