Double Puff Pastry Croissants with Nutella

Ingredients

  • 2 rolls puff pastry (round)
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella®
  • 1 egg yolk

Tools

  • Spoon
  • Baking tray
  • Knife

Steps

  • Unroll the first roll of puff pastry and place 2 tablespoons of Nutella in the center. Spread it over the entire surface, leaving a 1-cm (0.4-inch) border free.

    Cover with the second roll of puff pastry and seal the edges well. Cut the disc into 8 wedges, just like a pizza.

    Roll up each triangle from the base, forming the croissants and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the surface with the lightly beaten egg yolk.

    Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes, until golden and puffed.
