Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 cheese slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- to taste salt

Steps
Break two eggs into a small bowl and salt to taste. You can add black pepper or chili if desired.
Heat a non-stick pan and melt a piece of butter.
Gently pour the eggs into the pan and cook for about 3/4 minutes.
Add a slice of ham and a cheese slice, cover with the lid and continue cooking for about 2 minutes until the cheese slice has melted.
Shake the pan to loosen them and carefully place them on a plate.
