Melted Eggs with Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • Pan

  • Small Bowl

Steps

  • Break two eggs into a small bowl and salt to taste. You can add black pepper or chili if desired.

  • Heat a non-stick pan and melt a piece of butter.

  • Gently pour the eggs into the pan and cook for about 3/4 minutes.

    Add a slice of ham and a cheese slice, cover with the lid and continue cooking for about 2 minutes until the cheese slice has melted.

  • Shake the pan to loosen them and carefully place them on a plate.

    Our melted eggs with ham are ready.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients and eat them immediately.
