Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 3.5 oz milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps

  • RECIPE WITH THERMOMIX

    Place sugar, vanillin, and cocoa powder in the bowl and pulverize for 10 seconds on speed 10.

  • Scrape down with the spatula and add the roasted hazelnuts. Chop for 10 seconds on speed 8 until it becomes a pasty consistency.

  • Add the milk and mix with the spatula. Cook for 3 minutes at 212°F on speed 2. After cooking, blend for 1 minute on speed 3.

  • Add the chopped milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and vegetable oil. Mix for 3 minutes on speed 3.

    Roughly chop the dark chocolate and milk chocolate and set aside.

    Place sugar, cocoa, and vanillin in a chopper and pulverize them.

  • Add the roasted hazelnuts and pulse until a pasty consistency is reached.

  • Bring the milk to a boil in a pot. Remove from heat and add the toasted hazelnut mixture, stirring.

  • Add the chopped chocolate and oil, and with the help of a whisk, blend vigorously until you get a creamy consistency.

  • Pour it into sterilized jars and let it cool.
