Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- as needed black olives
- as needed dried beans

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry, and with the help of a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 10/12 hearts.
The number of pieces obtained will vary according to the size of the cutters.
Arrange the hearts on the lined tray and with a smaller cookie cutter, engrave hearts inside the molds. Be careful not to pierce the pastry.
Distribute the beans in the central part of the hearts (see photo), making sure to leave the edge free.
Bake at 356°F for 12/15 minutes until golden, then remove and let cool.
Fill the central part of our tartlets with cream cheese, cooked ham, and decorate with an olive.
