Heart-Shaped Puff Pastry with Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 3.5 oz cooked ham
  • as needed black olives
  • as needed dried beans

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Unroll the puff pastry, and with the help of a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 10/12 hearts.

    The number of pieces obtained will vary according to the size of the cutters.

  • Arrange the hearts on the lined tray and with a smaller cookie cutter, engrave hearts inside the molds. Be careful not to pierce the pastry.

  • Distribute the beans in the central part of the hearts (see photo), making sure to leave the edge free.

    Bake at 356°F for 12/15 minutes until golden, then remove and let cool.

  • Fill the central part of our tartlets with cream cheese, cooked ham, and decorate with an olive.
