Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps
Put the milk, unsweetened cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch into the bowl and cook for 10 minutes at 194°F, speed 4.
Our hot chocolate is ready
Put the milk, unsweetened cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch into a saucepan and, with the help of a whisk, mix vigorously until smooth and free of lumps.
Cook over high heat until it boils, then over medium/low heat stirring to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the bottom.
Continue cooking until the desired thickness is achieved.
Storage and Tips …
Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap, although it usually finishes in a flash!
