The hot milk bundt cake is a simple and delicious dessert, perfect to enjoy at breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 packets vanillin
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed powdered sugar

Steps
Preheat the oven to 340°F.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. I recommend using an electric hand mixer for this task.
Add the two packets of vanillin and a pinch of salt and continue mixing. Gradually add the baking powder and sifted flour, and continue to beat.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk with the butter until the butter has completely melted and the milk is very hot (it should not boil).
Remove from heat and slowly pour it into the batter while continuing to mix.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan, smoothing the surface well. To get perfect bundt cakes, I use a non-stick spray for cakes.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan, then turn it out onto a cake plate.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
