Ingredients
- 9 oz lasagna
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 7 oz cooked ham
- 2 mozzarellas
- 3 oz fontina cheese
- 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Tools
- Baking Dish
- Oven
- Egg Slicer
- Grater
Steps
Let’s start by preparing the BÉCHAMEL SAUCE. Follow my very simple recipe found HERE or you can use store-bought.
Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water, ensuring they are fully submerged. Bring them to a boil. For hard-boiled eggs with a slightly soft yolk in the center, cook for about 7-9 minutes.
Transfer them under cold water to stop the cooking, peel them, and slice them with an egg slicer.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
In a baking dish, pour a thin layer of béchamel sauce.
Place a layer of lasagna and evenly distribute the cooked ham, eggs, mozzarella, grated fontina, and a handful of grated Parmesan cheese.
Repeat the steps until all ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, bake, and cook for about 20/25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy your meal.
