Ingredients
- 28 oz pre-cooked new potatoes
- 10 oz ground pork
- 10 oz ground veal
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 slices sandwich bread
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- to taste salt
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste olive oil
- to taste roast seasoning

Steps
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
Start by finely chopping the garlic and parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork and veal.
Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley to the meat.
Soak the slices in milk, squeeze them, then add them to the meat mixture.
Add the potato starch to bind the ingredients and season with salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Form golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a plate.
Prepare the Baking Dish
Grease a glass baking dish and arrange the meatballs alternating them with the new potatoes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roast seasoning. If desired, you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake and cook at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25/30 minutes or until the meatballs are well cooked and golden brown.
