Ingredients

  • 28 oz pre-cooked new potatoes
  • 10 oz ground pork
  • 10 oz ground veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • to taste salt
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste roast seasoning

Steps

  • Prepare the Meatball Mixture

    Start by finely chopping the garlic and parsley.

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground pork and veal.

    Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley to the meat.

  • Soak the slices in milk, squeeze them, then add them to the meat mixture.

  • Add the potato starch to bind the ingredients and season with salt to taste.

  • Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Form golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a plate.

  • Prepare the Baking Dish

    Grease a glass baking dish and arrange the meatballs alternating them with the new potatoes.

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roast seasoning. If desired, you can add a drizzle of olive oil.
