Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 packet vanillin

Steps
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over low heat without bringing it to a boil. Add the vanillin and stir.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.

Pour the hot milk slowly into the mixture, stirring continuously with a whisk.

Transfer everything back to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
Once ready, transfer the milk cream into 4 cups, cover them with plastic wrap in contact and let cool.
Storage and Tips
Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
Consume by the next day.
