Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 packet vanilla

Steps
Pour the milk into a small pot and warm it over low heat without bringing it to a boil. Add the vanilla and stir.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until you obtain a light and frothy mixture.
Incorporate the sifted flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Pour the warm milk slowly into the mixture, constantly stirring with a whisk.
Transfer everything back to the pot and cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the cream thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
Once ready, transfer the milk cream into 4 small cups, cover them with plastic wrap touching the surface, and let cool.
Storage and Tips…
Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
Consume by the next day.
