Served in practical single portions, it is an elegant, creamy, and irresistible dessert, ideal to conclude a meal or enjoy as a snack.
This dessert is very simple to prepare, it can be stored in the refrigerator and made in advance: a great idea when you have guests or want to bring something special to the table without stress.
It’s a great alternative to Strawberry Tiramisu and Tiramisu without Mascarpone and Cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 packet vanillin
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk (for soaking)
- 3.5 oz ladyfingers
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder
- to taste dark chocolate chips

Steps
Prepare the Cream
Heat the milk in a saucepan without bringing it to a boil.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan, beat the egg with the sugar.
Add the flour sifted little by little, stirring to avoid lumps.
Gradually pour in the warm milk and the vanillin, continuing to stir.
Place the mixture over low heat and let it cook, stirring until it thickens (it will take about 10 minutes).
Once ready, pour the cream into a bowl and let it cool covered with cling film in contact.
Assemble the Tiramisu
Pour the milk into a bowl.
Break the ladyfingers so that they can fit comfortably into the cups or bowls.
Lightly soak the pieces of ladyfinger in the milk and place two layers at the bottom of each glass.
Add a generous layer of milk cream using a spoon or a piping bag for a cleaner effect.
Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa and chocolate chips. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours, so the flavors can blend.
