Ingredients
- 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 packet vanillin
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- to taste butter (for the pan)
- to taste sugar decorations (sugar mimosa)
- 4 strawberries

Steps
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the egg. Add the powdered sugar, vanillin, and continue mixing.
Gradually add the flour until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Grease a small pan with a little butter and heat it up. If you wish, you can use a pancake plate.
Pour a ladle of batter and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface.Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
Repeat until the batter runs out (about 4 pancakes).Stack the pancakes on a plate and decorate with freshly cut strawberries and sugar mimosa.
