Muffins with Yogurt and Apples

The MUFFINS WITH YOGURT AND APPLES are soft little cakes with a particularly delicate taste! They are perfect for both snacks and breakfast.

They are easy and quick to prepare, requiring only a few ingredients that you probably already have at home.

These treats are not only delicious but also very light as their batter contains no butter or oil.

Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz flour
  • 1 cup cup yogurt
  • 2.8 oz potato starch
  • 2 apples
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Half lemon (juiced)
  • as needed water

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Electric whisks
  • Bowl glass
  • Muffin molds
  • Muffin liners

Steps

  • Peel the apples, remove the core, cut them into small cubes, and soak them in water and lemon juice to prevent browning.

    Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Beat the eggs and sugar well in a bowl using electric whisks.

    Add the yogurt and mix.

    Add previously sifted flour, baking powder, and potato starch and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.

    Add the apples and mix with a spatula.

  • Line a muffin tray with liners.

    Pour the batter inside.

    Sprinkle with granulated sugar.

    Bake in a static oven for about 30 minutes.

  • Let them cool. Then place them on a stand or, even better, on a slate plate

Storage and tips…

Store covered with a cake cover.

Consume within 3 days.
