Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5.3 oz smoked salmon
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste smoked salt
- to taste sesame seeds

Steps
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with a pinch of salt and the grated Parmesan cheese until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Unroll the sheets of puff pastry and lay them on top of each other directly on the parchment paper. Using a knife, cut out the shape of a bottle, removing the excess dough from the sides.
At this point, gently remove the upper layer of puff pastry and set it aside.
Fill the base with ricotta, black salt, and smoked salmon, distributing the filling evenly without reaching the edges.
Then cover with the second puff pastry, making sure it adheres well. Trim the edges, add any decorative details, and engrave the number “2026” on the surface.
Brush with the egg yolk and highlight the number using black sesame seeds or black salt, for an even more spectacular effect.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 20/25 minutes, until golden.
