Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 1.75 oz grated Parmesan
  • 5.25 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 egg yolk

Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta with a pinch of salt and the grated Parmesan until you have a smooth mixture.

  • Unroll the puff pastry sheets and place them one on top of the other directly on the parchment paper. Use a knife to cut out the shape of a bottle, removing excess pastry from the sides.

    At this point, carefully remove the top layer of puff pastry and set it aside.

    Fill the base with ricotta, black salt, and smoked salmon, spreading the filling evenly without reaching the edges.

    Then, cover with the second puff pastry, making sure it adheres well. Trim the edges, add any decorative details, and engrave the number “2026” on the surface.

    Brush with egg yolk and highlight the number using black sesame seeds or black salt for an even more spectacular effect.
