Let the batter rest in the bowl for about 20 minutes.
After this time, grease a crepe pan or skillet with a small piece of butter.
Let it heat and pour a ladle of batter. Rotate the pan to distribute the batter evenly and let it cook for 1/2 minutes. Flip the crepe and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Repeat the process until the batter is finished, making sure to grease the crepe pan between each cooking.
Our Nutella Crepes are ready. Spread a generous amount of Nutella on one half of each and then fold it in half and again in half, forming a triangle.
Serve them hot with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
