Ingredients

  • 1 cup cup milk
  • 1 cup cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps tbsps butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste Nutella®
  • as needed butter (to grease the crepe pan)

Steps

  • Place the butter in the Bimby bowl and let it melt for 2 minutes at 158°F, speed 2.

    Add the milk, the all-purpose flour, the eggs, and the salt and mix for 20 seconds at speed 4 until a smooth and homogeneous batter is obtained.

    Let the batter rest in the bowl for about 20 minutes.

  • After this time, grease a crepe pan or skillet with a small piece of butter.

    Let it heat and pour a ladle of batter. Rotate the pan to distribute the batter evenly and let it cook for 1/2 minutes. Flip the crepe and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.

    Repeat the process until the batter is finished, making sure to grease the crepe pan between each cooking.

  • Our Nutella Crepes are ready. Spread a generous amount of Nutella on one half of each and then fold it in half and again in half, forming a triangle.

    Serve them hot with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
