Ingredients

  • 3 potato
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 oz cornstarch
  • 1.75 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • Potato masher

Steps

  • Let’s cook the potatoes in the microwave or in boiling water until they become soft. Once ready, let them cool slightly, then peel them.

    Transfer them to a bowl and mash them with a fork or a potato masher until you get a smooth puree.

    Add paprika, cornstarch, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until you get a compact dough.

    Take small portions of dough and form balls like in the photo.

    Place them on the removable tray of the air fryer and cook at 347°F for 12–14 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. They should become slightly golden on the surface.
