Ingredients

  • 3 potato
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 oz corn starch
  • 1.75 oz grated Parmesan
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • Bowl
  • Air Fryer
  • Potato Masher

Steps

  • Cook the potatoes in the microwave or in boiling water until they become soft. Once done, let them cool slightly, then peel them.

    Transfer them to a bowl and mash them with a fork or a potato masher until you get a smooth puree.

    Add paprika, corn starch, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Knead well with your hands until you get a compact dough.

    Take small portions of dough and form balls as shown in the picture.

    Place them on the removable drawer of the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 12–14 minutes, turning them halfway through. They should be lightly golden on the surface.
