Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (pasta hearts)
- 4 eggs
- 8.5 oz tuna in oil
- to taste salt
- to taste dried parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Place the eggs in a small pot with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Once hard-boiled, cool them under running water, peel them, and cut them into pieces or slices.
In a large bowl, place the drained tuna and lightly flake it with a fork.
Add the hard-boiled eggs and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and dried parsley to taste.Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Pasta Hearts until al dente, following the times indicated on the package.
Once cooked, drain them and pour them into the bowl with the seasoning. Gently mix with a wooden spoon to blend all the ingredients well.
