Ingredients
- 3 cups peas
- 5.3 oz cooked ham (diced)
- 1 white onion (small)
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- Half cup vegetable broth

Steps
Rinse fresh peas under running water, or defrost frozen ones according to package instructions.
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat and lightly sauté the chopped onion.
Add the diced ham and brown for a few minutes until they start to become crispy.
Add the peas and stir.
Deglaze with vegetable broth and cook covered for about 20 minutes.
Once cooked, taste and adjust salt if necessary.
