Peppers with olives in air fryer. The unexpected side dish!

Ingredients
- 3 peppers
- 1.8 oz green olives (pitted)
- 1.8 oz black olives (pitted)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste dried parsley
- to taste oregano
- to taste salt

- Air fryer
Steps
Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and inner filaments.
Cut them into strips and place them in a bowl.
Add the strictly PITTED olives, salt, dried parsley, oregano, and a couple of splashes of extra virgin olive oil. Mix gently with a spoon to combine all the ingredients.
Place the peppers in the basket of the air fryer. I use a 12-liter one with 2 trays.
Cook for about 15/20 minutes at 356°F, taking care to stir the ingredients halfway through cooking by shaking the basket.
Once cooked, transfer the peppers and olives to a serving dish.
