Ingredients

  • 3 peppers
  • 1.8 oz green olives (pitted)
  • 1.8 oz black olives (pitted)
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste dried parsley
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • Parchment paper
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Bowl
  • Air fryer

Steps

  • Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and inner filaments.

    Cut them into strips and place them in a bowl.

  • Add the strictly PITTED olives, salt, dried parsley, oregano, and a couple of splashes of extra virgin olive oil. Mix gently with a spoon to combine all the ingredients.

  • Place the peppers in the basket of the air fryer. I use a 12-liter one with 2 trays.

    Cook for about 15/20 minutes at 356°F, taking care to stir the ingredients halfway through cooking by shaking the basket.

  • Once cooked, transfer the peppers and olives to a serving dish.

    Enjoy your meal.
