Ingredients

  • 2 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 tablespoon ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®
  • as needed butter (melted)

Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the Nutella until a smooth cream is obtained.

  • Cut the phyllo dough sheets in half lengthwise to obtain two more manageable strips.

    Take a strip, brush it with melted butter and fold it onto itself.

    At this point, place a teaspoon of filling at the lower corner and start folding into a triangle, until completely sealed.

    Place the triangles in the extractable basket of the air fryer and brush the surface with more melted butter.

  • Cook for 8/10 minutes at 338°F, checking halfway through.
