Ingredients
- 21.2 oz potato gnocchi (dumplings)
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 5.3 oz frozen peas
- 7.1 oz cooking cream
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper

Steps
In a large pan, cook the peas with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt for 5-6 minutes, until they become tender.Add the cooked ham cut into strips and let it flavor for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the cooking cream and mix well. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth cream.
Meanwhile, cook the potato dumplings in salted water: as soon as they rise to the surface, they are ready.
Drain them with a skimmer and toss them into the pan with the cream, peas, and ham.
Sauté for a few seconds, adding a bit of cooking water if needed to make it creamier.
