FAQ (Questions and Answers)
Can I use another type of cheese instead of Brie?
Yes! You can replace the Brie with other creamy cheeses like Camembert, Taleggio, or Robiola for a similar result. Choose a cheese that melts well.
Which pears are best for this recipe?
The best pears are ripe but firm ones, such as Williams Pears or Abate Pears. Avoid those that are too soft as they would release too much water.
Can they be made without an air fryer?
Absolutely yes! Bake them in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
