Have you already tried making puff pastry bunnies with olives?
This recipe is a delicious and fun idea to serve as a appetizer or snack during parties and special occasions.
With their cute bunny shape, these bites will surely grab the attention of your guests, both young and old.
To prepare these snacks, I used green olives stuffed with peppers, but you can use any type you like.
So, all that’s left is to wish you a Happy Easter and Easter Monday, and I recommend not missing the following recipes:

- Difficulty: Easy
- Cost: Economical
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 16
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons, Easter
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 16 olives
- 2 tbsps cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
Tools
- Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
- Pastry Wheel dough cutter
- Brush
- Small Bowl
Steps
First, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Unroll the rectangular puff pastry and spread the cream cheese over half of the surface.
Fold the pastry like a book and, using a pastry wheel or a simple knife, cut out 16 strips.
Place an olive in the center of each strip and “embrace it” with the puff pastry, crossing the ends to form classic bunny ears. SEE PHOTO.
Place our bunnies on the lined baking tray and brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Happy Easter and Easter Monday!
