Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- to taste milk
- to taste granulated sugar
- 1 egg white
- 5.6 oz powdered sugar
- to taste food coloring

Steps
Unroll a roll of puff pastry and with the help of a cookie cutter cut out candy cane shapes. Brush them with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
At this point, line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper, and place our puff pastry candy canes on top.
Cook at 340°F for 10 minutes, then let cool.
In the meantime, prepare the icing by mixing the egg white with powdered sugar. Once ready, divide the mixture into 2 bowls and color as desired with the food coloring.
