Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- to taste powdered sugar

Steps
Preheat the oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry and with the help of a dove-shaped cookie cutters, cut out 12 shapes. The number of pieces obtained may vary depending on the size of the cutters.
Place the doves on the lined baking sheet, brush them with the beaten egg yolk, and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake at 355 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 15/20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve the doves after generously dusting them with powdered sugar.
