Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3.5 oz stracchino cheese
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- A few leaves basil (fresh)
- as needed dried beans (for baking)

- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Cookie cutter heart-shaped
Steps
Preheat the oven to 355°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry, and using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out about 10-12 little hearts.
Place the cut-out shapes on the lined baking sheet.
Using a slightly smaller cookie cutter, cut out smaller hearts in the center of the shapes, being careful not to puncture the puff pastry. SEE PHOTO
Distribute the beans inside the hearts, being careful to leave the edge free.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12/15 minutes until golden.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Remove the beans and fill the center with stracchino cheese. Add rolled slices of prosciutto and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
