Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 3.5 oz ricotta
- A few strawberries
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

- Heart-shaped cutters heart
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper

Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta with powdered sugar until smooth.
Wash the strawberries and cut them into wedges.
Unroll the puff pastry and using themed cutters, cut out 10 hearts.
Place them on the lined baking sheet and with a slightly smaller cutter, lightly score hearts inside the shapes. Be careful not to pierce the pastry.
Fill the center part of the hearts with ricotta (see photo), making sure to leave the edge free. Add a piece of strawberry and bake. Cook at 350°F for about 12/15 minutes until golden.
