Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 6 slices bacon (long)
- 9 slices of processed cheese
- 1 egg yolk

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Unroll the puff pastry and, with the help of a sharp knife, cut out 6 strips.
Place a slice of long bacon on each strip of puff pastry.
Cut the cheese slices in half and layer them over the bacon, along the entire strip.
Roll each strip onto itself to form a rose and place it in a muffin mold (preferably with a muffin cup).
Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk and bake.
Bake at 356°F for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
