Ingredients
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (or cherry)
- 1 egg yolk

- Cookie cutter

Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Unroll a puff pastry sheet and use a pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter to cut out about 16 pieces.
Place the pumpkins on the lined baking tray and fill them with a generous teaspoon of strawberry or cherry jam.
At this point, cut out another 16 pumpkins from the second puff pastry sheet. Carve eyes and mouths and gently cover the filled pumpkins.
Brush them with beaten egg yolk and bake for 15/20 minutes until golden.
