Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry (round)
- 7 oz speck (in strips)
- 2 potatoes
- 3.5 oz raclette
- to taste poppy seeds
- 1 egg yolk

Steps
Start by peeling the potatoes and chopping them into chunks.
Cook them in a pot with water for about 7/10 minutes. They should only soften.
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its parchment paper on a round baking pan.
Place an overturned bowl in the center of the pastry.
Distribute the boiled potatoes, speck in cubes or strips, raclette cheese in pieces around, and fold the outer edge towards the filling.
Remove the bowl and make 4 cuts in the free circle. See photo.
Fold the 8 obtained triangles towards the edge of the pan and seal well with your fingers.
Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for about 20/25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
