Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1 apple
- 3 tbsps apricot jam
- 1.75 oz raisins
- 1 egg yolk
- as needed sugar sprinkles
- 1 lemon (juice)

Steps
Preheat the oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and soak them in water with lemon juice. This prevents oxidation.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it with its paper on a baking sheet.
Spread the jam in the center of the puff pastry. Add the apples and the raisins.
Cut strips from the sides of the puff pastry as shown in the photo.
Fold the top and bottom parts inward, then crisscross the strips.Brush the surface with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
Bake for 25 minutes at 355 degrees Fahrenheit.
