Rice paper sticks with paprika in the air fryer: a light, crispy and gluten-free snack.

My journey discovering rice sheets continues — a versatile and surprising ingredient that allows you to create light, gluten-free preparations that turn incredibly crispy.

These rice paper sticks with paprika are a healthy snack and quick to make, perfect when you crave something tasty but light, with an irresistible crunch achieved in the air fryer.
Ideal for aperitivo, a light lunch or a healthy snack, they are ready in a few minutes and can be easily customized with spices and seeds to taste.

If you have guests, you can also prepare a large tray and serve them as an original finger food. In this version I did not add salt, but you can add it to suit your taste and adapt the recipe to your preferences.

Storage and tips…

Once cool, store the rice paper sticks in an airtight container at room temperature.

They stay crunchy for 1–2 days.

Avoid the refrigerator: humidity will make them lose their crunch.

If they soften, re-crisp them for 3–4 minutes in the air fryer or oven.
