Rice Pudding is a delicious snack that our grandparents used to prepare, a tasty, easy, and inexpensive comfort food.
It is made by cooking rice in milk that you can flavor to your taste. You can choose from vanilla, cinnamon, honey, chocolate, and enrich it with nuts or grains.
Today, however, I’m going to show you how to make my favorite version, which is the simplest. A few ingredients that you surely already have at home and a simple saucepan.
If you have the Thermomix, it will be even easier as you do not need to stir and control the temperature. Below you will find both procedures.
