Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rice
- 1.5 cups frozen peas
- 7 oz canned tuna in oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- A few leaves mint (fresh)

Steps
Cook the rice together with the frozen peas in a pot with salted water.
Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes under water, cut them into 4 parts, and place them in a glass baking dish.
Drain the canned tuna and add it to the cherry tomatoes
Add the rice with peas, season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and gently mix.
