Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup caramel (salted)
- 2 packets vanillin
Tools
- 2 Bowls
- Electric Whisks
- Plastic Wrap
- Cups glass
Steps
First, we need to prepare the SALTED CARAMEL. Find my recipe HERE
In a bowl, whip the cream with the vanillin until it reaches a firm consistency. To execute this operation, I recommend using electric whisks.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese together with the salted caramel. Add the whipped cream and mix with a spatula from the bottom to the top to incorporate the cream without deflating it.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the mixture in the fridge to rest for at least 2 hours.
After this time, take the mousse out of the fridge and divide it into 6 cups.
Garnish your dessert with a few drops of salted caramel and a couple of cookies.
Enjoy your dessert.
