Savory muffins with cherry tomatoes and fontina cooked in the air fryer. A real delight for the eyes and the palate.
This recipe is a great alternative to classic sweet muffins, and is perfect for an appetizer, brunch, as a tasty snack or even to enjoy at the office.
Preparing them is really easy and quick but you need to have an air fryer, an innovative and now indispensable appliance in our kitchens.

For this operation, I recommend using electric whisks.
With the obtained batter, fill 6 rigid baking cups or 6 single-use aluminum molds.
Insert a cube of fontina into the center of each muffin and decorate with a whole or halved cherry tomato.
Sprinkle oregano over the muffins and cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 356°F.
