Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 10.5 oz sausage
  • 8.8 oz button mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/5 cup milk
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Wash the button mushrooms and slice them thinly.

    Peel the sausage and crumble it coarsely.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  • Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a suitable round pan.

    Prick the base with the tines of a fork.

  • Spread the raw mushrooms and sausage on the base.

  • Add the fresh parsley and pour in the egg mixture.

  • Level with a spatula or a spatula and bake for about 20/25 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
