Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 10.5 oz sausage
- 8.8 oz button mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/5 cup milk
- to taste black pepper
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste salt

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the button mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Peel the sausage and crumble it coarsely.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a suitable round pan.
Prick the base with the tines of a fork.
Spread the raw mushrooms and sausage on the base.
Add the fresh parsley and pour in the egg mixture.
Level with a spatula or a spatula and bake for about 20/25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
