Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 10.5 oz sausage
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into regular cubes. Blanch them for 10 minutes in lightly salted water; they should be soft but not mushy.
    Drain them and let them cool slightly.

    In the meantime, prepare the sausage. With the tip of a knife, cut the casing, then remove it.
    Cut the sausage into rough pieces and set aside.

    In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with the milk. Add the parmesan and a pinch of salt.
    Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Unroll the puff pastry, place it in the baking pan, and fold the edges inward.
    Distribute the sausage pieces on the bottom. Add the blanched potatoes and pour the egg-milk mixture.
    Finish with some parsley.
