Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 10.5 oz sausage
- 4 potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese

Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into regular cubes. Blanch them for 10 minutes in lightly salted water; they should be soft but not mushy.
Drain them and let them cool slightly.In the meantime, prepare the sausage. With the tip of a knife, cut the casing, then remove it.
Cut the sausage into rough pieces and set aside.In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with the milk. Add the parmesan and a pinch of salt.
Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.Unroll the puff pastry, place it in the baking pan, and fold the edges inward.
Distribute the sausage pieces on the bottom. Add the blanched potatoes and pour the egg-milk mixture.
