Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 10.6 oz asparagus
- 3.5 oz cooked ham (diced)
- 4 eggs
- 2.8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 3.5 oz mozzarella for pizza (grated)
- 3.4 tbsp milk
- to taste salt

Steps
Let’s start by preparing the asparagus. Wash them under running water and with the help of a knife and a cutting board, remove the harder bottom part.
Blanch them for about 5 minutes in a pan with half a liter of water, then let them cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan, the milk, and a pinch of salt.
Preheat the oven to 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it inside a baking tray. Fold the edges inward and prick the base with a fork.
Spread the asparagus on the base of the tart and add the diced cooked ham. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella for pizza and pour the egg mixture.
Bake and cook for about 25/30 minutes until golden brown.
