Christmas is approaching, and today I want to share with you my secret to preparing SMART CHRISTMAS PRETZELS.
You just need to have a roll of puff pastry in the fridge, and in only 5 minutes, you can bake 56 pretzels!!!
You can fill them with ingredients that you already have in the fridge. I used some olives, hot dogs, ham, bell peppers, and zucchini. It’s a perfect FRIDGE-CLEARING recipe for the holiday season as it allows you to prepare the canapés in advance and serve them as your guests arrive.
Serve them with Ham Mousse or Spinach Spread and you’ll make a great impression!
So let’s not waste time and prepare this sea of Christmas pretzels.

- 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1 egg yolk
- to taste salt
- to taste dried oregano
- 9 black olives
- 9 green olives
- 1 hot dog
- 5 slices zucchini
- A few cubes cooked ham

Steps
Preheat the oven to 356°F
Unroll the rectangular puff pastry and place it with its paper directly on a baking tray.

Fill each pretzel with olives, ham, zucchini, bell pepper, and hot dog. I like to put the ingredients in a row, but follow your taste.
Salt, sprinkle with dried oregano, and bake at 356°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then transfer our pretzels with their parchment paper onto a cutting board. Enjoy your appetizer!
