Ingredients
- 5 skewers (mixed)
- A few sprays extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste roast seasoning

Steps
Arrange the skewers in the basket of the air fryer without overlapping them, as shown in the photo.
Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and roast seasoning.
Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 15/20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
In the last 2 minutes, you can increase to 374°F (190°C) for a more intense golden color.
