Spinach Spreadable Cream

Spinach spreadable cream is a delicious sauce that combines the creaminess of mascarpone with the fresh and flavorful taste of spinach.

Ingredients

  • 6 cubes spinach, frozen
  • 5.3 oz mascarpone
  • 2.8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt

Steps

  • Cook the frozen spinach for a few minutes in a pot with very little water.

  • Once cooked, drain them and let them cool.

  • Squeeze the cooled spinach and blend them finely.

  • Add the mascarpone, grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt, and blend for about 20/30 seconds until you get a cream.

  • Transfer the spinach spreadable cream to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Storage and Tips …

Store in the fridge in a jar with an airtight seal
