Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs beef (in chunks)
- 4 potatoes
- 7 oz frozen peas
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 white onion
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bouillon cube (vegetable)
- to taste water
- Half glass white wine

Steps
Let’s start by flouring the meat chunks.
In a large pot, heat some extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrot and sauté until golden and fragrant.
Add the meat and brown it on all sides until it turns golden.
Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the vegetable bouillon cube, tomato paste, water to cover the meat, and stir with a wooden spoon.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 2 hours until the meat becomes tender.
Add water during cooking if necessary.
After this time, add the peeled and cubed potatoes, the peas, and continue to cook until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.

Let it rest for about 15 minutes before serving in terracotta bowls.
