Ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper

Steps
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it in half. Remove the central part and cut the leaves into thin strips.
In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
Add the crushed garlic clove and let it brown, being careful not to burn it.
Add the cabbage, salt, pepper, and mix carefully.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Once the cabbage is cooked, transfer it to a serving dish and serve hot.
