  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Portions: 1Piece
  • Cooking methods: Stove
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All Seasons

Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz toasted hazelnuts
  • 7 oz milk chocolate
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil

Tools

  • Food Processor
  • Jars

Steps

  • Let’s put the toasted hazelnuts in a food processor and grind until they become flour. Stop before they start releasing oil. You can use short pulses on the processor for better control.

  • Pour the milk into a small saucepan, add the chocolate pieces and let them melt over low heat.

Once ready, pour it into the mixer with the hazelnut flour.

Add the corn oil and blend again for about 20 seconds, just to mix, but not too long: this way the spread remains slightly coarse, with the texture you see in the photo.

  • Our sugar-free hazelnut spread is ready. Pour it into a previously sterilized jar and keep in the fridge.

    Enjoy your dessert!
