Super Soft Nutella Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 roll white pizza dough
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella®
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Steps

  • Unroll the pizza dough and spread the Nutella along one of the short sides.

  • Roll the dough on itself, wrap it in parchment paper, and place it in the freezer to rest for about 30 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Take the roll out of the freezer, cut it into 4 pieces, and place them on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.

  • Brush the surface of each roll with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle the brown sugar.

  • Bake and cook for about 20/25 minutes,

    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
